Developer / Designer (m/f)

In cooperation with the technical manager and the management, their aim is to develop and implement the technical design of the support of complex assemblies and thus the continuation and expansion of a customer-oriented and market-orientated to ensure a fair innovation policy.

Your tasks comprise in detail:

• Fully responsible support in the industrialization of new products and variants
• Development of innovative products
• Analysis, review and, if necessary, implementation of new projects based on customer and sales requirements
• Control of projects and monitoring of milestones and deadlines within the scope of project planning
• Control, implementation and development of development and design variants
• Progressing and monitoring of projects in the field of prototypes, sample assemblies and pilot series
• Execution of statistical calculations and monitoring of tests as well as the preparation of design and production drawings
• Creation and maintenance of technical lists such as parts lists and associated technical documentation
• Responsibility for master data maintenance within the scope of drawing administration and series support
• As a creative personality with an affinity for technology, you will translate the highest technological demands and innovations into marketable products. You have several years of extensive experience in controlling and improving development processes and are able to think and act in a team-oriented and result-oriented manner.

The following competences complete your profile:

• Successful completion of studies in mechanical engineering or in a comparable course of studies or training as a mechanical engineering technician
• Several years of experience in the development of products
• Experienced handling of the development of complex components
• High degree of creativity and innovation orientation
• Good knowledge in the application of 3D CAD systems, Catia – Siemens NX desirable
• Experience/willingness to take on projects independently
• Well-founded, broad knowledge and understanding in the technical field
• Focus on customer, service and team orientation
• Confident appearance and good communication skills with internal and external contacts
• Fluent in German and English
